Always so friendly, caring and professional and every time without a doubt I will walk out of the salon with a perfect colour and style by Alex who is just amazing ! Would recommend Salon Fresh to anybody!

The first time was really uncomfortable as Lisa wasn't very polite, happy or friendly!
Second time ended up being the same treatment from Lisa.
Warning to all new clients, don't ever question their prices as the owner Lisa will call you and give u a piece of her mind.
She accused me of being a bully, wouldn't let me speak and when I tried she just spoke over me. She just attacked me the entire time till I had enough and hung up the phone.
This place definitely will over charge if your hair is in desperate need of a colour correction.
My suggestion find another hair salon, that takes pride in helping their clients and treat them with the respect they deserve.
No paying client deserves to be spoken to in a passive aggressive manner!
Lisa you shouldn't be in business you have no idea how to deal with clients.
Your approach is to belittle people, and point the finger to deflect from the real issue at hand.
Your attitude stinks!
