  Live New Zealand and had sample sent there. They were not received on time and took a week and a half to arrive there. Even though they were at the couriers from 8.20 am on the monday morning before they opened.they then tried to blame it on me and wanted me to control flights and couriers. I did my part. They contacted via phone rather than email and interrupted my classes after speaking to someone for 20 mins telling me they would send me another sample kit. Through the same class after not listening to what I said left 2 voice messages back asking me to call Australia. They were told i was in the middle of a class. Is it so hard to send someone an email?All my money was used in purchasing their test and they have made no attempt to send me another kit or give me my money back! I can't afford to phone Australia I don't have a house phone!!!

  Really poor customer experience! I needed to get a test kit sent out, it took two phone calls with the person on the other end not hearing me properly and then they sent it to the wrong address! When I called to ask what happened o was told that it was Australia Post’s fault as they must have googled by address?!?! Would not use again.
